A large company is further developing its central application for user and identity management. The application enables the request and management of roles for an extensive application landscape. The technical basis is the One Identity Manager with company-specific customizations. The focus is on gathering and specifying business and non-functional requirements. Additionally, business documentation will be created and business processes will be analyzed and further developed.

- Gather and specify functional and non-functional requirements
- Create business concepts, user stories, and system documentation
- Develop functional architecture and scalable specifications
- Analyze, revise, and document business processes
- MUST: Min. 5 years – Business Process Management / Business Analysis
- MUST: Min. 3 years – Identity and Access Management
- MUST: Min. 3 years – One Identity Manager
- MUST: 2 reference projects – Business process analysis and design
- MUST: 2 reference projects – Conception and creation of business documents
- SHOULD: 5 years – One Identity Manager, especially conception, customizing, or architecture
- Full-time employment with 8h/day and 5 days/week
- Planned project period is 01.01.2027–31.12.2027
- You will perform your work mostly from a location of your choice in Germany (onshore)
