Assignment Description

We are seeking a solution architect for an assignment focused on developing and evolving IT architecture within both development projects and ongoing management. The role encompasses everything from functional overviews, information and data modeling, to technical solution proposals and detailed solution descriptions.

You will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and recommending solution alternatives based on business needs, goals, and current architectural principles. The assignment includes concretizing requirements for IT procurements, developing solution descriptions (SAD), mapping information flows and business processes, and visualizing the current state and target state through various models.

You will work closely with the business, project managers, architects, development teams, IT operations, and external vendors to ensure efficient, secure, and sustainable IT solutions. The role also involves guiding development teams, promoting the reuse of functionality, and ensuring that architectural principles, standards, and guidelines are followed.

Requirements

• You must have competence level 4 as a solution architect.
• You must be able to speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• You must have at least 7 years of experience as a solution architect with the role as the primary task, including solution architecture, information and process modeling, as well as requirements gathering and analysis.
• You must have worked as a solution architect in at least one project for at least 12 months, with at least 5 project members and collaboration with business, infrastructure, and procurement.
• You must have experience with information modeling and physical realization of logical information models in data, contract, and database models, and have implemented at least one model in a project or development initiative.
• You must have been responsible for the design and documentation of integrations with internal and external systems in at least 3 projects or development initiatives.
• You must have experience with UML modeling of solution architecture, information, and processes, and have had modeling responsibility in Sparx Enterprise Architect or equivalent in at least 3 projects or development initiatives.
• You must have participated in at least one project for at least 6 months with solution design that placed high demands on IT infrastructure and IT security.
• You should have experience developing IT support within pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or healthcare.
• You should have experience from the public sector.
• You should have experience with integrations with master data sources, preferably national or international databases.
• You should have experience participating in procurements of standard solutions, especially systems within finance, HR, and planning.
