Project Focus: As part of the further development of a bank's portfolio and sales platform, an experienced ICT architecture personality is sought to actively contribute to the design, consolidation, and further development of the system and solution architecture. The focus is on a modern, scalable, and governance-compliant target architecture within a SAFe-organized environment. Start 01.08.26 at 80% in the Zurich area for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Development and documentation of solution and system architectures
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of IT system designs
• Participation in the definition of target architectures for projects in the portfolio
• Preparation and support of architecture decisions (Architecture Decision Records / Boards)
• Ensuring consistency between business requirements and technical implementation
• Collaboration with delivery teams, product owners, and other architects

Utilization: 80% Hybrid (only within Switzerland)

• Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Informatics or Computer Science, plus at least 8 years of experience as an ICT Architect, ideally in the financial sector.
• Very good knowledge of arc42 and Domain-Driven Design (DDD), as well as experience with SAFe or comparable scaled agile frameworks.
• Experience in modeling complex enterprise and platform architectures (e.g., sales, product, or customer platforms) including modern architecture principles (e.g., modularization, interface architecture, optionally Event-Driven Architecture), as well as confident handling of regulated environments (Bank/Finance), governance, and architecture decisions across multiple stakeholder levels.
