• Language skills: Fluent German and good English skills
• Knowledge of the Xonitor platform from blackned or comparable solutions in the area of monitoring, service assurance, and IT operations
• Knowledge in network architectures, DNS, PKI, firewalls, and security best practices
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation technologies (e.g., DSC, Ansible, PowerShell, or comparable solutions)
• Knowledge in the area of logging, event correlation, monitoring, and alerting processes
• Many years of experience with enterprise monitoring, event management, or observability platforms
• Many years of architectural experience in the area of Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructures
• Many years of experience with high availability, scaling, and disaster recovery concepts
• Many years of experience with interfaces, API integrations, and connecting external systems
• Many years of experience in creating technical concepts, architecture diagrams, and operational documentation
• Many years of experience in collaborating with manufacturers, operations teams, and customers

Service Description:

Support in the conception, integration, and further development of the Xonitor platform to ensure a scalable, highly available, and secure monitoring and event management infrastructure.

• Overall responsibility for the architecture, design, and further development of the Xonitor platform
• Definition and maintenance of the target architecture for the operation and integration of Xonitor into existing customer environments
• Analysis and translation of business and technical requirements into scalable, highly available, and secure architectural solutions
• Creation of architectural concepts, technical designs, and test cases
• Responsibility for the integration of monitoring, logging, and event management requirements
• Architectural control and coordination of automation as well as technical implementations with development teams and service engineers
• Technical consulting of stakeholders, customers, and project teams regarding architecture, operation, and further development of the platform
• Support in error analysis as well as performance, security, and availability optimizations
