• Recording, analyzing, and evaluating new business requirements from the business units
• Developing and elaborating suitable solution concepts based on existing IT systems and architectures
• Advising business units on technical possibilities, risks, and implementation options
• Accompanying digitalization and transformation initiatives
• Coordinating new requirements and managing further implementation activities
• Participating in projects with a focus on Salesforce and SAP landscapes
• Evaluating technical feasibility and identifying system dependencies
• Defining architecture and integration approaches across different systems
• Proactive communication with stakeholders on the business and IT side
• Independent assumption of responsibility for solution designs and architecture decisions
• Ensuring a structured handover of requirements to the implementation teams
• Support for strategic decisions in the solution and architecture environment
