The assignment focuses on completing a generic platform for objections and appeals within RVO.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Support the implementation of the platform
- Map out the medium-term and, where possible, long-term target situation together with involved specialists, including facilitating decision-making
- Prepare a charcoal sketch and roadmap, and monitor progress towards the desired situation
- Demonstrable experience in the past two years with developing and working with architectures within the government, including creating administrative support
- Demonstrable experience with architecture work in an agile environment
- Completed higher professional education (HBO) as a minimum requirement
- Togaf certificate (preferred)
- Archimate certificate (preferred)
- Experience with handling objections and appeals procedures (preferred)
- Administrative sensitivity and analytical skills
