Responsibilities

Profile

• Independent technical assessment and tracking of platform-specific orders from BSH planning approval decisions
• Coordination of the implementation of regulatory requirements within offshore projects
• Plausibility check of proof, approval, and release documents
• Creation and submission of authority applications
• Assessment and coordination of authority feedback
• Identification of risks, deviations, and action requirements
• Tracking of open points until full proof of fulfillment
• Maintenance and documentation of results in an order and proof register
• Creation and maintenance of status overviews on the degree of fulfillment of orders
• Demonstrable experience in offshore approval management
• Experience in processing BSH approvals or planning approval decisions
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment of WindSeeG, BSH standards, and spatial development plan
• Technical expertise in topics such as underwater noise, marking concepts, traffic safety, construction preparation, drinking water ordinance, cultural assets, or fire protection concepts
• Experience in dealing with authorities and approval procedures
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Very good German language skills, at least C1
• Offshore wind energy, offshore grid connection projects, converter platforms, offshore infrastructure, maritime approval and regulatory projects
