Specialist for MS Client Management (m/f/d) Software Distribution & 3rd Level Support

Area of Responsibility

• Responsibility for Microsoft Client Management and software distribution
• Main point of contact for internal IT department colleagues and users (not a 1st/2nd level supporter)
• Processing of incidents, IT changes, and problems (3rd Level Support) and troubleshooting
• Important: The helpdesk is not structured classically. Around 80% of tickets are in 2nd and 3rd level support and often concern technical infrastructure topics such as servers, permissions, or system errors.
• Participation in server administration
• Support in the operation and maintenance of the infrastructure

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise environments with over 200 servers and VMs as well as over 140 clients
• Very good knowledge of SW packaging, distribution, policies / GPO distributions, and troubleshooting
• Very good experience with software distribution systems, Microsoft networks, and patch management including testing and rollback scenarios
• Experience in the area of security standards and BSI
• Very good Windows 11 knowledge
• High service orientation
• Independent way of working
• Interest in infrastructure topics
• Initial experience in server administration
• Knowledge in the Microsoft environment

Project details

Bonn and occasional Remote (by arrangement)

Utilization: Full-time

From November

14 months + option
