Handle objections regarding local taxes within BSGR independently. This involves processing objections, gathering data, drafting decisions, and communicating with stakeholders.
Project overview
The assignment includes independently handling objections concerning local taxes within BSGR.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Handling and processing objections against municipal and water board taxes (excluding WOZ)
- Collecting and assessing relevant data and applicable laws and regulations
- Drafting reasoned decisions on objections
- Maintaining contact with citizens, companies, and authorized representatives
- Conducting hearings
- Processing applications for reimbursement of legal costs
- Assisting during appeals and court proceedings
- Implementing changes in subjects, objects, and interests within Key2Belastingen
- Demonstrable work experience of at least 2 years, gained in the past 7 years, in independently handling objections against municipal and/or water board taxes (non-WOZ)
- Demonstrable work experience with the Key2Belastingen system
- Availability from October 28, 2026, to December 31, 2026, for at least 32 hours per week
- Knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding local taxes and the associated objection and appeal procedures
- Analytical ability and careful judgment in file assessment
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Accurate and structured working method
