• Specialist site management on the client's side for a major industrial project in the steel industry with a focus on civil engineering construction
• Coordination of subcontractors and supervision of construction work
• Leading site meetings and documenting construction progress as well as regular reporting to project management
• Ensuring the quality, deadline, and cost-compliant execution of the trade for which you are responsible
• Management and control of subcontractors
• Interface management with adjacent trades
• Monitoring compliance with HSE regulations (occupational safety, environmental and health protection) on the construction site
• Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable technical training (e.g., technician/master craftsman)
• Several years of experience in site management or specialist site management in civil engineering and steel/concrete construction for large industrial and plant engineering projects
• Experience in managing and controlling subcontractors
• Very good knowledge of quality assurance and EHS
• Good knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and ideally VOB
• Assertiveness, organizational skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Willingness for full-time site presence in Saarland (Mon-Fri)
