Responsibilities

• Reviewing existing plant documentation for completeness and plausibility
• Conducting a gap analysis
• Comparing documentation with the actual plant inventory
• Technical plant inspections and identification of equipment and components
• Recording and validating relevant plant data, e.g., year of manufacture, manufacturer, type, serial number
• Checking and assigning maintenance intervals
• Structuring plant and equipment data for later SAP transfer
• Building or validating plant hierarchies
• Identifying missing or incorrect data
• Creating a reliable database for technical asset and maintenance management

Requirements

My advantages:

• Sound experience in technical asset and plant management, including plant documentation, master data maintenance, and quality assurance of plant and equipment data
• Conducting inventory surveys, gap analyses, and comparing technical documentation with on-site plant inventory
• Technical understanding of utility plants such as compressed air, steam, demineralized/ultrapure water, cooling water, and heat supply, as well as associated components (e.g., pumps, valves, fittings)
• Experience with plant hierarchies, technical components, and ideally P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)
• Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or life science industries, as well as in SAP migration projects, maintenance strategies, and large technical projects in industrial companies
• Interesting project with a renowned client
• Support during the ongoing project by our team
