Specialist Workflow & Process Automation (WEBCON)

Project overview

For an established company in the greater Nuremberg area, we are looking for an experienced specialist in workflow management and process automation. The position is designed as a freelancer with the prospect of later permanent employment (temp-to-perm). With a 40% remote share, the role offers maximum flexibility.

Your tasks include the analysis and digitalization of internal business processes, the conception and implementation of workflows, and the integration of existing systems and data sources. You will identify automation potentials, model workflows, and implement approval processes. Furthermore, you will design and realize interfaces to internal systems, cloud services, and the Microsoft environment. You will work closely with IT and business departments, support data flows and data mapping, and optimize new and existing solutions through testing and documentation.

We expect in-depth experience with WEBCON or comparable workflow/BPM/low-code platforms, as well as a deep understanding of workflows and process logic. Knowledge of interfaces, APIs, and data connections, as well as confident handling of data structures and ideally SQL, are required. You should be able to work independently, be pragmatically solution-oriented, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Experience in the ERP/merchandise management environment, system integration, data process management, or the Microsoft 365 environment is advantageous. Knowledge from medium-sized B2B structures is a plus. Bring a hands-on mentality and an interest in a long-term perspective.
