Senior AI & Automation Engineer

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI & Automation Engineer to develop the next generation of AI-powered enterprise platforms. This position goes far beyond chatbot implementations – you will solve complex business challenges through AI, automation, and modern software development.

In this role, you will develop and deploy production-ready AI and automation solutions, design agent-driven workflows for enterprise systems, and build capabilities for document processing, classification, and extraction. You will integrate AI services into large-scale enterprise applications, develop evaluation and governance frameworks, and implement robust fallback mechanisms with human-in-the-loop workflows.

Requirements

Experience with LangGraph, LangChain or similar frameworks, multi-agent systems, OCR technologies, and cloud platforms such as Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock is advantageous.

You will work at the intersection of AI, workflow automation, and product development to create solutions that deliver measurable impact in business-critical processes. Collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams is central to this position.

• At least 6 years of software development experience
• Strong Python skills
• Proven experience with production AI applications
• Expertise in Large Language Models, RAG, Embeddings, and agent-driven systems
• Solid experience with APIs and distributed systems
• Understanding of observability, testing, and monitoring
• Experience in implementing AI solutions from concept to enterprise deployment
