Work with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Business Departments to translate business requirements into structured, actionable requirements for agile development teams.

- Conducting workshops for requirements gathering, refinement, and prioritization
- Advising stakeholders on ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) standards and existing out-of-the-box functionalities
- Translating business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria
- Close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and other stakeholders
- Support with functional tests, reviews, and acceptances
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow projects
- Sound knowledge in at least three of the following areas:
- Experience in moderating and conducting workshops with management and business departments
- Experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Very good knowledge of Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Diplomatic and confident stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills at management and operational levels
- Very good presentation and moderation skills
- Ability to reconcile different stakeholder interests and align them towards a common solution
- Quick understanding of complex contexts
- High degree of personal responsibility and independence
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
