Assignment focused on managing and professionalizing the Microsoft Power Platform at UWV:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing and further developing the Power Platform within an enterprise environment
• Setting up governance and structural processes for independent and compliant management
• Translating architectural frameworks into concrete management measures and monitoring
• Supporting development teams with complex ALM and automation issues
• Optimizing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps
• Implementing Data Loss Prevention policies
• Increasing the maturity of the management organization
• HBO work and thinking level
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in technically managing Microsoft Power Platform within an enterprise environment
• Extensive knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and OTAP environments
• Knowledge of and experience with Application Lifecycle Management, Azure DevOps, and setting up CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Power Platform governance, Data Loss Prevention, security, compliance, and monitoring
• Experience with setting up or professionalizing a technical management organization
• Bonus: minimum 5 years of work experience within Microsoft cloud environments and platforms
• Bonus: experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence or Managed Environments
• Bonus: experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Application Insights
• Bonus: experience within government or similar regulated organizations
• Bonus: relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, PL-500, AZ-104, or AZ-400
