• Design and further develop the delivery pipeline as well as the build and CI tooling to deliver applications reliably, securely, traceably, and reproducibly.
• Further develop the existing OpenShift-based platform landscape, ensuring a balance of deliverability, maintainability, stability, security, and automation.
• Develop overarching target visions, architectural concepts, standards, and decision-making bases for CI/CD, build, and deployment processes.
• Participate hands-on in implementation, write and review code, and integrate technical solutions into the existing platform.
• Take architectural responsibility for the build, CI/CD, and delivery landscape and coordinate architectural decisions with relevant stakeholders.
• Make quality, stability, and delivery performance transparent using appropriate metrics and observability tools.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, software architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, or CI/CD, including several years in the architecture of platform or delivery landscapes in complex production environments.
• Demonstrable experience with a shared platform or delivery landscape used by multiple teams or applications.
• Current practical engineering experience and willingness to write code yourself and implement technical solutions.
• Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes, container technologies, GitOps, Argo CD, Helm, or Infrastructure as Code, as well as with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Language skills: German
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical contexts.
• High degree of independence, quality orientation, and solution orientation.
• Confident communication and the ability to convey technical content appropriately to the audience and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
