Project Requirement
Responsibility for Regulatory Affairs in an international product environment
Ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the entire product lifecycle
Evaluation and implementation of relevant international regulations (e.g., REACH, CLP, Detergents)
Advising internal stakeholders on regulatory issues
Support for product developments, market launches, and change projects
Collaboration with authorities, associations, and external partners
Monitoring regulatory changes and deriving necessary measures
Leadership or technical management of a regulatory team
Close collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain
Technical Requirements
Several years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs
Experience with international regulatory requirements
Ideally, experience in the field of consumer products, household products, chemicals, or related industries
Ideally, experience in team leadership and change management
High empathy and communication skills
Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., REACH, CLP)
Experience in interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements
Knowledge in international stakeholder management
