SRE / Application Manager (secondment)

Project overview

As part of a multidisciplinary DevOps team, you will be responsible for the management and further development of an application for IVO Rechtspraak.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Scheduling and implementing technical maintenance and releases
• Setting up monitoring, alerting, and observability
• Automating recurring management tasks
• Investigating and resolving technical disruptions
• Acting as the first point of contact for platform and infrastructure teams
• Coordinating with SREs/application managers from other DevOps teams within Supervision & Data
• Contributing to the further development of the DevOps methodology
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Microsoft/Windows servers, SQL databases, and application installations
• Minimum 3 years of experience building automated build and deployment pipelines, preferably within Azure DevOps, supplemented with experience with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of problem and incident management
• Knowledge of system administration, including performance monitoring and logging
• Knowledge in the field of application design and development
• Knowledge of Scrum and agile working methods
• Knowledge of architecture methods, techniques, and models
