You will join a Platform team of 7 people, in an English-speaking environment. You will take technical leadership of transformation projects on a SaaS IoT platform operated in production 24/7 for international clients. The platform relies on two heterogeneous cloud foundations: Azure and a sovereign cloud.

• Lead the migration of production and non-production environments to 'as code' on both cloud foundations.
• Drive the convergence to PostgreSQL, with a complete exit from Oracle.
• Improve the reliability of messaging and data foundations.
• Implement platform observability: SLI/SLO, dashboards, alerting.
• Industrialize CI/CD pipelines and ensure isolation between production and pre-production.
• Reduce the overall platform cost through a FinOps approach.
• Lead proactive security initiatives: hardening, secrets and certificates management, vulnerability/EOL monitoring, pentest remediation.
• Write the technical backlog, then build and maintain the platform roadmap.
• Ensure platform operation and incident management according to defined service levels.

• You are an engineer or hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science.
• You have experience operating multi-client SaaS platforms in production, with service level agreements.
• You have previously led a complete IaC transformation on an existing infrastructure.
• You are a technical lead: you own a subject end-to-end and you bring the team along without hierarchical authority.
• You have an SRE culture: risk-based and measurement-driven approach, reduction of manual work, systematic automation.
• You can defend a reasoned technical position against architecture, the IT service provider, and management.
• You are cost-conscious and know how to balance between the ideal solution and the sustainable solution.
• Experience with a sovereign cloud or a private foundation with a restricted service catalog is a plus.
