Coordinate and further develop the Gelderland Resilience program, including leading a new program setup and managing a team. Advise on provincial involvement in Project Ariadne and the repositioning of the Resilience team.

Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Coordinate the Resilience program and lead the setup of a new program
- Manage the team in terms of content, planning, finances, and work distribution
- Establish connections between projects and maintain alignment with advisors, project leaders, and the team manager
- Advise on the province's involvement within Project Ariadne
- Advise on the repositioning of the Resilience team within the organization
- Completed HBO education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an advisor, project leader, coordinator, and/or program manager, gained from 2020 onwards
- Practical experience within a government organization in the area of tackling subversive crime and/or security issues
- No employment with the province of Gelderland in the past two years
- Strong political-administrative sensitivity and leadership qualities
