Strategic Program Advisor

Project overview

As a strategic program advisor, you will work within the GRIP program to set up MS365 as a collaboration platform.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Shaping the setup of MS365 as a collaboration platform within the program
• Developing policy, frameworks, and guidelines for information management within M365
• Supporting the program manager with substantive steering and making coherence, choices, and risks visible
• Following developments in information management and translating laws and regulations into actionable choices for M365
• Simplifying correct storage and sustainable accessibility of information for colleagues
• Aligning the approach with the needs of the organization
• Contributing ideas about case-oriented work, sustainable accessibility, and archiving by design
• Contributing to awareness and a culture of careful handling of information
• Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the last 5 years as an advisor in information management, information management, or information architecture within a government organization
• Experience with developing and implementing policy, frameworks, and guidelines for digital information management
• Experience with designing and advising on the setup of Microsoft 365 as a collaboration environment from an information management perspective
• Experience with applying the Archives Act, selection lists, metadata policy, and regulations regarding sustainable accessibility
• Experience with advising on information management within a municipal organization
