Strategic Program Manager (Interim)

Project overview

The assignment involves the integral management of strategic, organization-wide change programs within IT, focused on cyber resilience and information security.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Developing vision, strategy, and roadmap for the program together with clients and stakeholders
• Establishing a programmatic approach and managing governance, planning, dependencies, risks, finances, and capacity
• Leading the coherence between projects, teams, suppliers, and organizational units
• Realizing complex transitions and migrations in the areas of processes, technology, and contractual agreements
• Ensuring alignment between users, service providers, and external suppliers
• Managing timely decision-making and escalation management to resolve bottlenecks
• Ensuring compliance with frameworks for architecture, security, privacy, compliance, and finances
• Monitoring the realization of program objectives within time, budget, quality, and risk
• Handling communication, stakeholder, and change management for support and adoption
• Coaching project managers and program staff and promoting collaboration
• Managing the implementation of measures in accordance with laws and regulations such as CBW, NIS2, and ISO 27001
• Academic working and thinking level
• Diploma in information and knowledge management and process improvement
• Knowledge of and practical experience with the reference models SAFe, IT4IT, and ITSM
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in large-scale data center environments
• Minimum 7 years of demonstrable experience in leading complex strategic programs in a VUCA environment within the public sector
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder management and change management
• Perseverance, initiative, results orientation, collaboration, and organizational sensitivity
