Strategic Regional Labour Market Advisor (interim)

Project overview

As a strategic regional labour market advisor, you will direct regional cooperation on labour market policy.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Chairing the Regional Official Consultation Participation and compiling the agenda
• Preparing the Directors' Meeting by holding discussions with account-holding directors and writing annotations
• Drafting the agenda for the Regional Portfolio Holders' Meeting Participation and providing administrative preparation
• Coordinating the region-wide preparation of the TOA and the RBA for the aldermen
• Connecting colleagues from the education, economy, and work and income domains around the labour market task
• Facilitating joint consultation to arrive at a shared approach to the regional labour market
• Developing and implementing policy proposals concerning the labour market together with regional policy advisors
• Liaising with operational colleagues to ensure the feasibility of proposals
• Familiarity with the labour market and national developments is a plus
• Strong ability to switch between analysis, coordination, and action
• Strong personality that takes initiative and does not shy away from difficult conversations
• Political and administrative sensitivity and environmental awareness
• Networker and connector who builds relationships with directors, managers, and partners
• Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills with strong communication skills
• Decisive, resolute, accessible, and collegial
