Stream Lead Application Migration | Hybrid | Karlsruhe

Responsibilities

• End-to-end coordination of application migrations within the scope of the data center relocation
• Planning and management of migrations from server provisioning to the decommissioning of legacy systems
• Coordination with infrastructure, platform, and application teams as well as relevant stakeholders
• Coordination of IT resource provisioning at the target location and re-deployments
• Ensuring smoke tests and obtaining technical and business approvals
• Tracking of open points, risks, dependencies, and actions
• Moderation of workshops, coordination, and decision-making meetings
• Active escalation management for delays, resource conflicts, and technical problems
• Coordination of the handover of migrated systems for decommissioning and dismantling of the old infrastructure
• Setup and maintenance of monitoring for progress, status, risks, and dependencies
• Creation of status reports, key figures, and management reports
• Maintenance and further development of Jira processes and dashboards

• Several years of experience in managing or coordinating IT, infrastructure, or migration projects
• Experience in collaborating with infrastructure, platform, and application teams
• Very good Jira skills, especially in workflow management, ticket management, reporting, and dashboards
• Basic understanding of server operations, deployment processes, and application operations
• Assertiveness as well as conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Experience in risk, escalation, and stakeholder management
