Responsibilities

Support of plant construction projects as Sub-Project Manager Electrical Engineering & Automation

Responsibility for controlling all relevant engineering activities (Detailed Engineering, Execution, Commissioning)

Coordination with maintenance regarding technical standards and close cooperation with project managers

Technical sparring partner: Verification/tracking of project timelines, technical controlling of suppliers, creation of status reports

Participation in supplier meetings as a technical specialist, creation of documentation for complaints

Responsibility for implementation of electrical engineering / instrumentation / automation including interfaces in brownfield

Optimization regarding process safety and maintainability

Support of project purchasing (scope review, optimization of RFx documents, claims management)

Exchange with suppliers to review project execution

Preparation and support of the handover phase (Commissioning)

Creation and management of technical drawings and documents

Skillset:

Ideally, you have a degree in electrical engineering and significant experience in electrical design, instrumentation, and automation based on Siemens.

With more than five years of professional experience in similar roles in industry, you bring a profound understanding of chemical or metallurgical production processes with experience.
