As a sub-project manager, you will contribute to the completion of the Soil and Water Policy Program 2028 for the province of Utrecht. You will be responsible for finalizing policy components, developing monitoring plans, and supporting the review process.

As a sub-project manager, you will contribute to the completion of the Soil and Water Policy Program 2028 for the province of Utrecht.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Finalizing the last components of the policy program
- Developing a monitoring and evaluation plan with associated indicators and policy theory
- Supporting the drafting of the Note of Response after the receipt of comments
- Participating in the development of the program into a definitive version
- Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor's level
- At least 5 years of work experience with soil and water systems in the Netherlands
- At least 5 years of work experience in process management
- Work experience at a province or on behalf of a province
