Job description
Täby Municipality is seeking a supervisor for three social worker investigation groups, providing 2.5-hour sessions every third week from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. The role requires on-site work.
Project overview
Assignment Description
The assignment includes supervision for social workers in three investigation groups, every third week, 2.5 hours per session. The assignment is expected to run from 2027-01-01 to 2027-12-31.
Delivery Requirements
Supervision will be conducted at agreed times in premises provided by Täby Municipality or, by agreement, in premises provided by the supervisor.
Expected Outcome
The supervisor is expected to contribute knowledge-enhancing and supportive input to the work groups. Supervision will be performed in Täby or at another location by agreement.
Project Organization
The supervisor will report to the team leader of the reception group.
Documentation Requirements
No documentation of the assignment is required.

A fixed fee will be invoiced as agreed, as specified below. The invoicing plan for a fixed price will specify on the invoice: date, number of hours for completed supervision, and the group for which the supervision was performed.

- Competence to supervise work groups within social services in work processes and group processes.
- Documented psychotherapeutic supervision training.
- 3 years of documented experience as a supervisor.
- Higher education: psychologist, social worker, or physician, plus further training for psychotherapists, 3-year family therapy training.
- Must have either CBT competence, psychodynamic competence, or systemic competence.
- Must have Step 1 and/or Step 2 for psychotherapists depending on the assignment.
- Previous experience from Täby Municipality is meritorious.
- Timeline: The date the supervisor is available should be stated in the offer.
- Fixed Price: A fixed price should be offered per supervision session of 2.5 hours, including any travel costs.
