Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of ongoing shooting operations
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, shooting range rules, and operational procedures
• Briefing and support of persons involved in shooting operations
• Checking the proper condition of firearms and equipment used within the scope of one's own qualifications
• Professional handling of different weapon systems, especially interchangeable barrels and receiver/barrel systems
• Documentation of shooting sequences and special incidents
• Coordination with local responsible persons and support with organizational tasks

Requirements

• Successfully passed firearms expertise examination
• Qualification for responsible supervision in shooting operations
• Valid reloading license
• Min. 5 years of practical experience as a shooting range supervisor or in a comparable role
• Experience in the safe handling of interchangeable barrels and receiver/barrel systems
• Strong safety awareness, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Structured way of working and clear communication
