- Supplier Qualification & Evaluation: Independent planning, execution, and documentation of supplier audits and evaluations, as well as derivation and presentation of recommended actions.
- FAT Management: Methodical and operational preparation, management, and documentation of Factory Acceptance Tests (supplier acceptances).
- Quality Concepts: Conceptual consulting on the establishment and further development of quality guidelines and testing concepts.
- Test Characteristics: Professional support and consulting for development and design departments in defining test characteristics and specific quality requirements.
- Claims Management (Troubleshooting): Independent execution of error and cause analyses (e.g., Root Cause Analyses) for complex supplier claims and methodical support in finding solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identification of optimization potential within the supply chain and consulting for continuous improvement of supplier performance.
- Comprehensive, demonstrable project experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering.
- In-depth methodological expertise in supplier management and certification/experience in auditing.
- Strong technical know-how in relevant manufacturing processes (milling, welding, sheet metal processing).
- Sound expertise in analyzing and reliably interpreting technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and electrical schematics.
- Structured, completely independent, and solution-oriented approach with strong communication and negotiation skills in stakeholder management.
- Willingness for project-specific travel within Germany and Europe (for on-site audits/FATs).
- Completed technical/scientific degree (Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Materials Technology, QM, or similar) as a professional foundation.
