Supply Chain Key User S/4HANA

Responsibilities

Independent management of business activities within an ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation

Assumption of a central key user role between business, production, and IT

Independent analysis, evaluation, and optimization of supply chain and production processes

Responsibility for the preparation, execution, and follow-up of User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

Active management of the hypercare phase and ensuring a stable transition to regular operations

Independent coordination and evaluation of interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and connected planning systems

Identification of critical process and system issues and consistent follow-up until implementation

Functional leadership of workshops, coordination meetings, and decision-making processes with relevant stakeholders

Driving project topics and achieving pragmatic solutions in a complex corporate environment

Requirements

Several years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects within the supply chain

In-depth expertise in supply chain, production, or operations with a strong technical understanding

Demonstrable experience in UAT, Go-Live, and hypercare phases

Very good understanding of complex system landscapes, integrations, and interfaces

Experience in regulated production environments, ideally pharmaceuticals, alternatively chemicals or comparable batch-based industries

Project experience in international corporate structures

Kinaxis knowledge is an advantage

German at native speaker level

Fluent English

High initiative, assertiveness, and a strong hands-on mentality

Ability to drive topics independently, prepare decisions, and implement them sustainably
