• Independent planning, commercial processing, and documentation of defined procurement processes for hardware, software, and IT services.
• Structured recording, analysis, and commercial evaluation of submitted procurement requirements, including the preparation of procurement-relevant decision-making bases.
• Obtaining, commercially checking, and comparatively evaluating offers, including the creation of price and cost-effectiveness analyses.
• Commercial review and preparation of upcoming contract and term extensions, including the development of corresponding recommendations for action.
• Preparation, documentation, and processing of agreed procurement processes using the IT applications and authorizations intended for this purpose.
• Creation and provision of procurement-related evaluations, documentation, decision proposals, and recommendations for action.
• Experience in procurement management, requirements management, offer management, contract management, order management, reporting, and documentation management
• Experience in purchasing controlling, budget planning, risk management, SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, MS Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, process optimization, quality management.
• Fluent and negotiation-proof in German
