Provide Level 2 support for over 100 software engineering tools, including Git and Jenkins, with a strong background in software development and ITIL practices. Fluency in English is mandatory for supporting international teams.

- Able to be security cleared
- Culture of engineering tools: Git, Jenkins, ... with a real background in software development (requirements management, compilers, ...)
- Aptitude for support, service-oriented
- ITIL culture
- Ability to rephrase incident tickets if necessary (managed in ServiceNow), process them or escalate to N3 and enrich the incident knowledge base
- Fluent English mandatory to be able to provide N2 support with Indian and Canadian teams.
