• Attractive remuneration up to €36/hour
• Welcome bonus of €2000 & referral bonus of €2000
• Full hourly wage during vacation, illness, and waiting/guarantee periods
• Option for a company car including fuel card, also for private use
• Surcharges on total wage (Sunday 50%, Holiday 100%, Night shift 25%)
• You assist in surgical procedures and ensure a smooth workflow in the operating room.
• You prepare the necessary instruments and materials
• Ensuring hygienic standards and sterile supply management
• You monitor and document patient data during the operation.
• You work closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Successfully completed training as a Surgical Assistant (OTA) or comparable qualification
• Sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and resilience
• Enjoyment of structured work in the OR environment
• Practical experience in the operating room and knowledge of common procedures
• Empathy towards patients and colleagues
