- Successfully completed training as a Surgical Technician (OTA) or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the operating room and knowledge of common procedures
- Empathy towards patients and colleagues
- You work reliably and responsibly according to applicable quality and hygiene standards to ensure a safe process in the operating area.
- You are willing to develop professionally and incorporate current developments in OR and sterile supply management into your work.
