SUSSA Collaboration seeks a Coordinator for Business Needs and Configuration for Region Sörmland

As a coordinator focusing on business needs and configuration, your main task is to lead the work with new needs and changes in Cosmic and contracted services.

You will primarily focus on new needs and changes related to BoS, Emergency Department, TM2, Birth/Obstetrics, Multimedia, Co-care, Care Transitions etc. within object team 2 Diagnostics and Investigation, and if possible, also support with Cytostatics in object team 3, Treatment and Monitoring.

The assignment spans from needs assessment to deployment. Development work may consist of configuration changes, new development, and implementation.

The role is coordinating, and a large part of the work is done together with a temporarily assembled business group including employees with special expertise. The role leads analyses and assignments and prepares decision documents for Sussa Care Support's development forum and steering group, in collaboration with other roles in Sussa Care Support. In collaboration with other roles in Sussa Care Support, the coordinator ensures that analyses, routines, and decision documents are well-formulated.

In the role of Coordinator, Business Needs and Configuration, you will perform tasks in accordance with the object plan, for example:

• Process incoming needs from the regions according to a structured working method
• Lead assignments and business groups related to new needs and changes
• Lead assignments related to release and deployment of new needs and changes
• Facilitate various types of meetings and work towards group consensus
• Ensure anchoring and refinement of incoming needs before they are sent to the supplier for potential solution proposals
• Ensure that the solution proposal is evaluated from different perspectives, design, and development hours against expected benefits
• Prepare information for affected target groups about when a need proceeds
• Ensure feedback is provided on the development of cases
• If necessary, participate in national forums – made into its own point
• If necessary, convene business representatives for relevant business forums and support the regions in describing how the system can be developed to be more appropriate and efficient for the businesses in their daily work
• Collaborate with other roles in the various teams and forums in Sussa Care Support related to the current area.
• Collaborate with forums in Sussa Collaboration such as Sussa Data and Analysis and Information Security.
• Collaborate with the Supplier

Requirements

You have experience in leading groups, assignments, projects, and/or implementations of IT systems in Healthcare. Experience in system management, ITIL, or PM3, as well as experience with needs and requirements elicitation is meritorious.

It is also meritorious if you have a good understanding of the user perspective and the challenges of healthcare's various specialties. You should be structured and driven, with good social skills.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience in leading groups, assignments, projects, and/or implementations of IT systems within healthcare.

Competence in system management regarding functionality, configuration, and working methods.

Knowledge of business routines and processes within healthcare.

Knowledge of regions' organization and operations.

Knowledge of Cosmic as a healthcare information support system

Good understanding of the user perspective.

Previously worked with Cosmic within Sussa Collaboration or in a region-related role to Sussa Collaboration

The consultant must master the Swedish language well, both spoken and written (at least level C).

Meritorious Requirements

Good service attitude and experience with complex IT environments in large organizations
