About the assignment (assignment description):

Almi Småland and Öarna is running the project Circular Business Models, which aims to increase awareness and application of sustainability principles and promote the transition to a circular economy among small and medium-sized enterprises in Kronoberg county. As an activity within the project, we want to offer companies interested in transitioning to a more circular business model the opportunity to develop a strategy for the transition with support from experts in the field. The initiative should complement the efforts of Almi's advisors and be offered only to companies prepared to make a transition.

The maximum value a single company can receive from the expert is SEK 20,000, and a maximum of 25 companies can participate in the activity.

The assignment involves supporting company management in developing a strategy to implement a transition to a more circular business model. Consultant hours will be used as needed after approval by Almi.

We are looking for consultants who have their own experience in running companies with circular business models and who are experts in the field. The consultants should be business-minded, pedagogical, and inspiring.

We are seeking between 1 and 4 consultants depending on the breadth of their expertise.

Role and responsibility:

Almi selects which companies can participate in the activity and to what extent. The consultant then ensures that a number of meetings are booked with company management (physical or digital) and delivers the knowledge required for the company to develop the strategy.

The supplier hereby assures that all consultants provided within the scope of the Call-off Request, in accordance with the Supplier's current internal procedures, have undergone customary and relevant background checks and that this check, to the Supplier's knowledge, has not revealed any circumstances affecting the Consultant's suitability to perform the assignment.
