SYRIUS Senior Expert / Technical & Functional Specialist

Responsibilities

For an exciting project at a renowned Swiss insurance company, we are looking for an experienced SYRIUS Senior Expert / Technical & Functional Specialist. In this role, you will take over the functional and technical support and further development of the SYRIUS insurance platform and act as a central interface between IT and business departments.

• Functional and technical support and further development of the SYRIUS insurance platform
• Analysis, conception, and implementation of functional and technical requirements
• Consulting and support for business departments regarding SYRIUS functionalities
• Analysis and optimization of existing business processes and system configurations
• Support with the integration of SYRIUS into existing system landscapes
• Analysis and resolution of technical and functional problem areas
• Accompanying tests, releases, and quality assurance measures
• Close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and various business departments

Requirements

• Several years of experience with the insurance platform SYRIUS
• Profound technical and functional knowledge of the SYRIUS architecture and its modules
• Experience with configuration, interfaces, and system integration
• Very good understanding of insurance processes and their technical mapping
• Experience in the analysis and implementation of complex requirements
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with various stakeholders
• Experience in the Swiss insurance environment is an advantage
• Workload: 60-80%
