System Analyst - Mobile apps (f/m/x)

Project overview

We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to join our team and work on exciting mobile application projects. You will be responsible for conducting business and system analysis, creating analytical documentation, and supporting development and testing processes. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams. The position is hybrid (one day per week in the office), allowing for flexibility between remote work and office presence in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Conducting business and system analysis for mobile applications
• Creating analytical documentation to support development and testing
• Translating business needs into requirements for development, QA, UX/UI, and backend teams
• Preparing documentation for mobile application screens and API integrations
• Modeling processes, flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams
• Utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket for project management
• Applying Agile/Scrum methodologies in project execution
• Analyzing logs and diagnosing errors using tools like Kibana
• Defining and analyzing analytical events in mobile applications, including GA4
• Collaborating with UX/UI teams and analyzing projects in Figma

Requirements

Nice-to-have requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in mobile application projects
• Experience in mobile projects (preferably native applications for iOS and Android)
• Ability to gather, analyze, clarify, and document business and system requirements
• Experience in preparing documentation for mobile application screens
• Previous work with API documentation and system integration analysis, including REST and SOAP
• Familiarity with process modeling, flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Practical experience with log analysis and error diagnosis tools
• Understanding of Firebase and its application in mobile development
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders
• Fluent Polish
• Residency in Poland
• Previous work in the financial, insurance, or banking sector
• Familiarity with investment products, policies, or self-service offerings
• Experience analyzing production deployments, incidents, and user behavior post-release
