Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Supervise the quality management system and ensure compliance
- Prepare and conduct client audits, certifications, and authority controls
- Supervise the handling of non-conformities and corrective and improvement actions
- Ensure that products are safe and meet requirements
- Support teams in evolving quality-related practices
- Manage quality teams and drive cross-functional action plans
- Engineering degree or Bac+5 level
- Proven experience in system quality and/or product quality in the aeronautics sector
- Mastery of sector quality standards, particularly EN9100
- Experience with audits, certifications, and customer requirements management
- Leadership, pragmatism, and strong ability to unite teams
- Fluent English essential
