• Technical consulting for the analysis and conception of end-to-end integration approaches for the client's IT products and business solutions, including documented recommendations
• Analysis of the current technical and business situation and description of target architecture options as a basis for decision-making for the client
• Development, evaluation, and description of strategies and target architecture concepts for defined digital solutions
• Development and maintenance of architecture models as a basis for future solution decisions
• Development of solution architecture concepts that meet the client's business requirements while also identifying optimization potential for IT infrastructure and applications
• Documentation and communication of the solution architecture using standard architecture practices, patterns, and frameworks
• Identification and evaluation of technical and business risks, as well as development and recommendation of suitable countermeasures
• Consulting on solution development according to the client's specifications to ensure solutions meet quality standards
• Technical consulting in architecture development and support of solution implementation through reviews
• Conducting fit/gap analyses to identify gaps between the current and target architecture and developing prioritized recommendations for necessary measures
• Technical review and updating of the solution roadmap and validation of architecture principles
• Conducting architecture and compliance reviews to assess adherence to relevant standards, guidelines, and strategies, and documenting deviations and recommendations
• Performing technical due diligence and considering operational standards, as well as documenting the results
• Due to internal policies on the use of external specialists, the engagement of freelancers or other one-person companies is excluded.

Remote (90%) & Frankfurt (10%)

Your Qualifications

• MUST: Experience in integrating purchased software into IT system landscapes (2 references)
• MUST: Experience with REST APIs, data models, and common integration patterns (min. 3 years)
• MUST: Experience in defining interfaces and data flows (min. 3 years)
• SHOULD: Experience with using AI to support the creation of architecture artifacts
• SHOULD: Experience with creating and maintaining Architecture Decision Records (ADR)
• SHOULD: Experience with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), vulnerability management, pen tests, and security requirements
• SHOULD: Experience with operational requirements, monitoring
