For a project to audit and optimize data center infrastructure in the public sector, we are looking for expertise in infrastructure management, technical documentation, and IT service management starting immediately at the Potsdam location or remotely.

• Conducting infrastructure and documentation audits in the data center environment
• Analysis and quality assurance of cabling and documentation statuses regarding completeness and conformity
• Identification of optimization and cleanup potential in the technical infrastructure
• Creation of meaningful audit reports and recommendations for action for data center operations
• Maintenance and further development of technical documentation and asset data in the CMDB
• Coordination and tracking of measures via established service management and ticket systems
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data center networks and IT infrastructures
• Sound knowledge of Cisco networks, ideally in the Cisco ACI environment, as well as relevant certifications
• Experience with data center migrations or comparable infrastructure and transformation projects
• Confident handling of technical documentation, CMDB systems, and ITSM and ticket systems
• Ideally, project experience with public IT service providers or in the public sector, as well as very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Simple billing option via our online credit portal including online management of proof of performance
