Seeking a Systems Engineer for a technical role involving the development and integration of advanced communication and sensor systems throughout the entire system lifecycle.
Project overview
We are looking for a systems engineer for a technical assignment within the development and integration of advanced communication and sensor systems.
You will work throughout the entire system lifecycle – from requirements and system design to integration, verification, and deployment. The role involves many points of contact and close collaboration with developers, technical specialists, project management, and customers.
In the role, you will, among other things:
Work with requirements analysis, requirements breakdown, and system design.
Define high-level requirements and technical interfaces.
Develop and further develop communication systems.
Integrate systems and subsystems with vehicle platforms and other technical systems.
Work with integration, testing, and verification.
Provide technical support to development teams and contribute to technical solutions.
Participate in deployment and technical support.
We are looking for you who:
Have a Master of Science or Bachelor of Science degree in, for example, electronics, computer engineering, engineering physics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
Have several years of experience in systems work within technical or high-tech operations.
Have experience in requirements management, system design, and integration.
Have a good understanding of communication systems, networks, or radio systems.
Enjoy working cross-functionally and taking personal responsibility.
Are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented.
Have good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
Experience from the defense industry or FMV.
RF, radar, signal processing, or tactical radio.
Vehicle integration and complex communication interfaces.
DOORS or other tools for requirements management and traceability.
Cisco/VoIP or advanced networks.
Linux or scripting.
Experience with safety-critical systems.
