Develop and refine general plans for shipbuilding projects, integrating technical and spatial requirements from various disciplines. This role involves creating and optimizing ship layouts and ensuring the spatial integration of systems and components.
Project overview
+ Development and further development of general plans for shipbuilding projects.
+ Consolidation of technical and spatial requirements from different specialist areas.
+ Creation and optimization of ship floor plans and deck layouts.
+ Determination and coordination of space requirements for technical systems and components.
+ Spatial integration of systems, equipment, and other shipbuilding components.
+ Verification of spatial conditions, accessibility, deck heights, and spatial interfaces.
+ Ensuring the consideration of technical and project-specific requirements.
Requirements
+ Completed degree in shipbuilding, marine engineering, or a comparable field.
+ Experience in general plan development or shipbuilding design.
+ Knowledge in the spatial integration of technical systems on board.
+ Experience with Siemens NX or CAD applications in shipbuilding.
+ Understanding of shipbuilding requirements, space planning, and interfaces.
