Talent Advisor (m/w/d) based in Lisbon, Portugal (M/F/D)
Responsibilities

Qualification:
- Providing recruitment expertise and support for defined hiring projects and selected critical vacancies in Technology / IT
- Advising stakeholders on recruitment strategy and candidate availability in the labor market for agreed hiring initiatives
- Advising stakeholders by providing market insights and recruitment recommendations to support the expansion of the Lisbon site
- Conducting market research and preparing talent pool analyses for predefined hiring requirements
- Providing candidate assessment information and market analyses to support hiring decisions
- Providing talent advisory services for selected strategic hiring initiatives in defined business areas or geographical regions
- Coordinating and agreeing additional services within defined project scopes and the corresponding statements of work
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on IT and technology profiles; knowledge of the life sciences sector is advantageous but not essential
- Independent and accountable working style, with experience in cross-border collaboration
- Experience in developing and implementing sourcing plans and initiatives
- Experience in selecting and using appropriate sourcing channels
- Experience in establishing or expanding business locations
- Experience in stakeholder, RPO, and vendor management
- Ability to ensure the required on-site presence in Lisbon
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; German is advantageous but not required
- Mixed Costing for the Daily Rate (including travel expenses)
