• Location: Frankfurt am Main
• Hybrid model with 3-4 days on-site per week
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: approx. 5 months to bridge a vacancy
• Utilization: Full-time preferred, part-time possibly possible
• Operational support in the area of Tax Operations / Tax Accounting
• Processing and examination of topics related to VAT, trade tax, and flat-rate payroll tax
• Support with questions regarding flat-rate payroll tax for company events and employee benefits
• Creation and assessment of tax provisions
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Creation of forecasts and tax-related analyses
• Ensuring ongoing tax compliance
• Collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and external consultants
• Support with the maintenance and use of ERP and financial systems
• Several years of experience in Tax Operations, Tax Accounting, or Corporate Tax
• Sound knowledge in the areas of VAT, trade tax, and tax provisions
• Practical experience with flat-rate payroll tax, especially in connection with company events
• Good knowledge of accounting according to HGB
• Experience in an international company or law firm environment
• Confident handling of ERP and financial systems
• Hands-on mentality as well as independent and pragmatic way of working
