- Support of the general ledger including account reconciliation and ensuring proper bookkeeping
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
- Responsibility for provisions, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support of bank accounts, cash flows, and cash pooling processes
- Fixed asset accounting including activations, depreciation, and disposals
- Processing of VAT matters and tax returns
- Optimization and digitalization of finance processes
- Participation in ERP and finance transformation projects
- Further training as a certified accountant (IHK) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in financial and balance sheet accounting
- Sound knowledge of HGB and good understanding of tax law
- Experience in general ledger and financial statement preparation
- Confident use of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX) and Excel
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Very good German and good English skills
