Team Coach Communication, Finance and HRM (secondment)

Project overview

As a team coach, you will provide integral leadership to the Communication, Finance, and HRM teams within the municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing the Communication, Finance, and HRM teams
• Stimulating ownership, professional development, and independence of employees
• Guiding cultural change and connecting different working methods and team cultures
• Creating a safe and professional working environment
• Providing capacity planning and team development
• Steering on results, quality, and performance agreements
• Contributing to management reports and the planning and control cycle
• Advising on organizational development, service delivery, and operations
• Promoting integral collaboration between the teams and other municipal departments
• Several years of management experience, preferably gained within a public or political-administrative context
• HBO or WO work and thinking level, demonstrably from practice
• Affinity with one or more subject areas such as Communication, Finance, HRM, or operations
• Experience in guiding change processes and stimulating cultural development
• Insight into the emergence of cultural differences within teams and transforming them into connection
• Coaching leadership style focused on employee ownership
• Strong analytical skills and strategic advisory skills towards management and executive board
• Strong communication skills, deployable at various levels
• Organizational sensitivity within a municipal context
