Team Leader (Interim)

Project overview

As team leader, you will manage a team within the social domain of the municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coaching and guiding employees and monitoring the progress and planning of ongoing projects
• Connecting colleagues through an integrated way of working
• Organizing and chairing the bi-weekly cluster meeting
• Participating in regional meetings if necessary
• Monitoring the progress and quality of the output and conducting periodic progress meetings with the team
• Making an active contribution to the planning and control cycle (P&C)
• Liaising with the Manager Social Domain and the other coordinators within the Wmo and Work and Income clusters
• HBO work and thinking level
• Demonstrable experience in a coordinating role within the social domain
• Skill in connecting governance, policy, and execution, with attention to various administrative and official interests
• Sharp political-administrative insight and ease in a complex administrative environment
• Decisive and determined approach
• Strong ability to provide clarity and direction to a team
• Organizational talent focused on setting goals and priorities
