As an interim team manager, you will lead the Construction Supervision team of ODR.

- Coaching and guiding employees in their professional development
- Stimulating alignment with other teams within the organization
- Stimulating integral and chain-oriented collaboration with municipalities and external partners
- Representing the interests of the team inside and outside the organization
- Participating in the management team and contributing to the operational management of ODR
- Contributing to organization-wide projects and developments
- Strengthening integral management within the organization
- Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor's level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience with coaching and guiding colleagues
- Experience as a manager within a political-administrative organization
- Experience gained in the physical domain
- Minimum 1 year of experience within a government organization
