Team Manager HRM & Management Support

Project overview

As team manager, you will lead the HRM team and the development of HR policy within a municipal organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop and implement policies focused on safe and healthy upbringing, and translate national developments into local practice
• Maintain close contact with chain partners such as Veilig Thuis and youth protection, and represent the municipality in the region
• Coordinate policy with other domains such as Wmo, participation, and safety for an integrated approach
• Lead projects, including the implementation of the vision 'Phased Cooperation on Safety' (TOP3 methodology) and the guideline 'Working on Safety'
• Manage and coach the team in the further development of the HRM assignment and service provision
• Advise management and the executive board as a strategic sparring partner on HR developments
• Stimulate cooperation between teams and disciplines within the organization
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role
• Experience with organizational development and HR issues
• Experience with advising at a strategic level
• Clear vision on HR and a connecting, strong leadership style
• Combination of people-oriented leadership and results-oriented management
• Visible and approachable for the team, with sufficient distance to safeguard organizational interests
• Ability to encourage professionals to show ownership and cooperation
